== Wily SRU Justification ==

A sporadic hang with consequent crash is observed when booting Hyper-V Gen1 guests.
Commit c0ff971e is the fix for this bug and is in mainline as of 4.3-rc7.  This 
commit cherry picks cleanly in Wily.  

This commit was not cc'd to stable and is also requested in Vivid and Trusty.  
However, Vivid and Trusty are not clean picks, so backporting is needed.  I will 
backport and submit seperate SRU request for Vivid and Trusty.

A test kernel was built with this patch and tested by the original bug reporter.
The bug reporter states the test kernel resolved the bug.
