[PATCH] SRU BUG 1475166 for Wily/Vivid do not use PAGESIZE for calculations

Committed in 4.4 as megaraid_sas : Donot use PAGE_SIZE macro for
calculation of max_sectors per IO request.   This causes it to use a
constant to calculate instead of the PAGE_SIZE.  This does not affect
14.04/12.04 because previously there was a global limit - removed in
commit 34b48db.

Setting the correct constant on the command line is the current
workaround.  This just puts it in by default.
