[3.16.y-ckt stable] Patch "net: fix a race in dst_release()" has been added to staging queue

This is a note to let you know that I have just added a patch titled

    net: fix a race in dst_release()

to the linux-3.16.y-queue branch of the 3.16.y-ckt extended stable tree 
which can be found at:

This patch is scheduled to be released in version 3.16.7-ckt21.

Subject: net: fix a race in dst_release()

commit d69bbf88c8d0b367cf3e3a052f6daadf630ee566 upstream.

Only cpu seeing dst refcount going to 0 can safely
dereference dst->flags.

Otherwise an other cpu might already have freed the dst.
