[SRU][Vivid][Utopic][PATCH 0/1] Fix cephfs time stamp kernel panic

This mainline patch is required to fix a panic observed in Vivid, and likely
possible in Utopic.  For Vivid, its a clean cherry-pick;  Utopic needs a simple
backport.  The patch is pending for 3.19-stable and 3.16-stable.

A Vivid test kernel with this patch applied has received positive test
feedback.
