Call for testing v4.9

linux 4.9.0-11.12 currently in proposed is based on linux v4.9 final.
Please give it a test run. This is the kernel that I would like to have
promoted to release barring any killer bugs or regressions that we might
find.

You can also pick this kernel up from the unstable PPA:

sudo apt-add-repository ppa:canonical-kernel-team/unstable
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get dist-upgrade
