potential wifi regression bug report (LP: #1545916)

Hi, Kernel team:

An end user reported this wifi issue

and we the Certification team thinks this might be a potential wifi
regression issue.

We filed this bug report (LP: #1545916)

against this issue.
We have the wifi component in Taipei and
we are glad to help to identify and fix this issue.

May anyone have a look of this issue together?
