Automated script improvement inquiry

Dear Ubuntu Kernel Team, hello. I wanted to inquire about improving
the automated script you maintain.

For example, in LP#1533221 c2 the automated script requested the
original reporter to perform an apport-collect. However, the original
reporter used a mainline kernel when doing so. Given the apport
infrastructure hasn't been designed to provide helpful information
when apport-collect'ing with a mainline kernel, it would increase the
likelihood of collecting the intended information if the script
verbiage was changed to something like:
[START]
This report is missing log files that will aid in diagnosing the
problem. While booted with a Ubuntu kernel (not a third party kernel)
please run the following in a terminal:

apport-collect BUGNUMBER

and then change the status of the bug to 'Confirmed'.

If, due to the nature of the issue you have encountered, you are
unable to run this command, please add a comment stating that fact and
change the bug status to 'Confirmed'.

This change has been made by an automated script, maintained by the
Ubuntu Kernel Team.
[END]

While this isn't the highest priority issue, I think it's
implementation would certainly improve the bug reporting and triaging
experience.

What do you think?
