[SRU][Xenial][PATCH 0/1] Input: xpad - move pending clear to the correct location

Since upgrading to 16.04, the bug reporter states that he cannot launch a Steam game
without constant vibration from his Xbox360 controller. The symptoms are the 
same as outlined in https://github.com/paroj/xpad/issues/27.

This bug is fixed by commit 4efc6939a83c54fb3417541be48991afd0290ba3

This commit was included in mainline in 4.7-rc1, but it was not cc'd to stable.

A test kernel was built with this patch and tested by the original bug reporter.
