== SRU Justification ==
This is a request to add support for boards using two EXAR XR17V8358 chips in
Master-Slave mode. These patches have also been sent upstream and to stable.
They are being requested in Trusty since upstream 3.13.y is EOL.
The three patches are only needed in Trusty, since they were included in
mainline as of 4.1 and 4.2:

A test kernel was built with these patches and tested by the original bug reporter.
The bug reporter states the test kernel resolved the bug.
