== SRU Justification ==
A kernel bisect identified commit a84252928 as the cause of LP:1498667.  It
was found that the Elan Touchscreen does not work with well with Linux Power
Management, which was enabled by the offending commit.

This patch adds a quirk for this specific model of touchpad.  This patch is
marked as SAUCE and no-up because I just sent this upstream for inclusion in 
mainline.  I also sent this to stable, so it will come back down vi stable
updates.

Xenial and Yakkety need a different version of this quirk patch due to a 
minor difference in the quirk entry list.  That SRU will be sent as a 
different request.  Trusty does not need this patch because commit 
a84252928 was added to mainline as of v4.2-rc1.
