[Xenial][SRU][PATCH] #LP1599068 Add support for Intel 8265 Bluetooth ([8087:0A2B])

Backport supports for Intel 8265 Bluetooth from upstream.

[Fix]

The patch simply adds a check for hw_variant therefore I don't expect any 
regression will happen.

The device also needs a new firmware which will be sent to linux-firmware,
the public bug has been opened here: http://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1599071

[Test]

I pair it with my smartphone and it can stream music without problem, it also
pass our QA test
