It doesn't need to be "critical" -- it just needs to fix a user-visible 
bug (and hopefully not introduce more bugs).  In my opinion, this fix
is suitable for stable.  Stefan correctly points out that we still need
to see a positive test result posted to the bug before proceeding.

Liang, can you confirm that applying:

7cae2be KVM: x86: move steal time initialization to vcpu entry time

to any kernel actually fixes the bug?  Please post that to the bug
report.

Happily, 7cae2be is a clean clean-cherry pick for >= 3.4, which is
everywhere its needed.
