ACK: [PATCH][wily/xenial] ovl: copy new uid/gid into overlayfs runtime inode

ACK for Wily/Xenial SRU.

It won't land in any upstream stable soon enough for the next Ubuntu cycles
(since it hasn't even appeared in a Linus -rc).
