Subject: net: qca_spi: Don't clear IFF_BROADCAST
commit 2b70bad23c89b121a3e4a00f8968d14ebb78887d upstream.
Currently qcaspi_netdev_setup accidentally clears IFF_BROADCAST.
So fix this by keeping the flags from ether_setup.
