[x/raspi2] [Config] Config sync wrt 4.3.1006

With the passage from a 4.3.x based kernel to a 4.4.x based kernel some config options
were turned off by accident, and this series resync the config  back to where we
left.

Tested on both my raspi2 and raspi3 boards, and passed through stress-ng and
other stress tests.
