This upstream aufs patch replaces my previous sauch patch
("UBUNTU: SAUCE: mm/mmap: fix oopsing on remap_file_pages") as it
is the official fix and deals with the vm->pr_file corner case that I
overlooked.  I've tested this out with some soak tests
with stress-ng and it works perfectly as expected.

The previous Wily and Xenial SRU patches need to be reverted
however, I am not sure about the Yakkety status as this may be picking
up the upstream aufs which contains this fix.
