== SRU Justification ==
This ipv6 bug reports that connected routes are missing after a down/up
cycle on the loopback. This bug is fixed by mainline commit a220445f9f4
which landed in v4.9-rc4.
This bug affects Trusty, Vivid, Xenial and Yakkety. However, Trusty needs a prereq commit,
so it's SRU request will be sent seperatly.

A test kernel was built with this patch and tested by the original bug reporter.
The bug reporter states the test kernel resolved the bug.
