== SRU Justification ==
This ipv6 bug reports that connected routes are missing after a down/up
cycle on the loopback. This bug is fixed by mainline commit a220445f9f4
which landed in v4.9-rc4.
This bug affects Trusty, Vivid, Xenial and Yakkety. However, Trusty also
needs commit 33d99113b1102c2d2f8603b9ba72d89d915c13f5 as a prereq commit,
so that is why it has its' own SRU request. Commit 33d99113b11 landed
in mainline as of v3.14-rc1.
