[SRU][Xenial][Yakkety][PATCH] Fix multiouch cursor issue on Alps touchpad

hid-alps has a bug which cause the issue after multitouch. In some cases it
may also happened after closing lid (which triggers multitouch).

The patch can be clean-clean picked and test shows positie result. This fix
changes the flow control and looks reasonable, so I don't think there will be
regressions.
