[PATCH][xenial] Fix Hotkeys for Lenovo Thinkpad Systems

Impact:
  Many hotkeys on Thinkpad systems fail to work on kernel 4.4

Fix:
  New Thinkpads requires to support HKEY version 0x200

  The patch is included in upstream and is cherry-picked from Linus's repo.
