[PATCH][xenial] skip generating unnecessary ACPI exception

Impact:
  Systems with hybrid graphics with no connectors receive an incorrect exception
  in dmesg

Fix:
  The solution is to check _DOD support before throwing an exception

  The patch is included in upstream and is cherry-picked from Linus's repo.
