Please consider the following patch to add support for SMBAlert to
i2c-xlp9xx driver. 

The patch enables SMBus Alert mechanism to i2c-xlp9xx driver. The patch
was tested by me on ThunderX2 Saber system with firmware revision 6.4
with Bionic.
