[PATCH 0/1][SRU][Trusty] Fix boot regression in EC2 m3 instances

This patch fixes a regression introduced by the L1TF fixes in the
3.13.0-155.205 kernel. Members from the CPC team have verified the fix.

It is worth noting that this patch is in the Xenial kernel which is why the bug
doesn't affect Xenial:
