== SRU Justification ==
6Wind is requesting this commit in Xenial. There is a bug where they cannot
assign a i40e pf device to a vm using vfio-pci. This bug was fixed in
v4.7 by commit 450744051d.

== Fix ==
450744051d ("vfio/pci: Hide broken INTx support from user")

== Regression Potential ==
Low. This commit has been in mainline as of v4.7 with no know
regressions.

== Test Case ==
A test kernel was built with this patch and tested by the original bug reporter.
The bug reporter states the test kernel resolved the bug.
