[T/X/A/B/C][SRU][PATCH] Fix for CVE-2018-13094

This patch can be cherry-picked for X/A/B/C.

For Trusty, as the changed file xfs_attr_leaf.c is still located in fs/xfs/
instead of fs/xfs/libxfs/ it will need to be backported.
