Half correct I believe. It is even worse, patch #2 was applied for LP: #1773964
but patch #1 was applied as part of the 2018-05-24 upstream stable patchset as a
pre-requisite of "powerpc/powernv: Fix OPAL NVRAM driver OPAL_BUSY loops" (note
the s/RTC/NVRAM/).
