This is a pull request for the update of Xenial to upstream stable
release 4.4.139.
The following patches have already been applied and therefore skipped:
* fs/binfmt_misc.c: do not allow offset overflow (LP: #1775856)
* xfrm: Ignore socket policies when rebuilding hash tables (LP: #1613787)
All other patches applied cleanly. Compile-tested for all supported
architectures.
