IBM has requested this patch in Bionic.  Due to this bug, there is a kernel 
crash on nvme subsystem-reset /dev/nvme0 (Bolt / NVMe).  This crash is 
resolved by mainline commit 651438bb0af5.

This commit is in mainline as of v4.16-rc5
