This is a pull request for the update of Xenial to upstream stable
release 4.4.162.
Skipped the following patches (already applied):
* Drivers: hv: utils: Invoke the poll function after handshake
* Drivers: hv: util: Pass the channel information during the init call
* Drivers: hv: kvp: fix IP Failover
Compile-tested all supported architectures.
