[F][PATCH 0/2] qeth: Support for HiperSockets Multi-Write (LP: 1853292)

The new feature "HiperSockets Multi-Write" is requested to be added to focal.
7 basic commit ID needed for this already landed in kernel 5.4,
but there are two missing that made it's way upstream into 5.5-rc1.
These two are needed to complete that new feature, hence cherry-picking these.
