[PATCH 0/3 B][SRU] Add signed modules for the new NVIDIA -server drivers

This patchset adds signed modules for the 418-server and the
440-server flavours, and enables them on amd64 and ppc64el.

The ppc64el architecture also requires a small change in the
regex that we use for reproducible builds.

The file-downloader is already in Groovy, and makes
builds more robust.

This will also require somebody to update the dkms versions
and use the drivers in -proposed when cranking the kernel.
