[Impact]

Enforcement annotations indicate that these config options should never have
been set. Their existence was detected after changes to the master branch that
cleaned up and fixed enforcement annotation errors.

[Test Plan]

Boot a GCP instance and ensure there are no new kernel log errors.

[Where problems could occur]

Regression potential should be low since this HW does not exist in a GCP guest instance.
