The tests performed by the reporter of this bug show that the audio support
is worse on those platforms after installing the groovy/linux kernel from
-proposed (5.8.0-51.57) when comparing with the version in -updates (-50).
It is not clear yet if the quirks are the real culprit of this regression,
however we have decided to remove these patches from the upcoming re-spin
of the groovy/linux kernel.
These patches will need to resubmitted after we have good test results
confirming they are not adding any regressions.
