Bluetooth is not needed for linux-aws kernels; disable it to reduce
attack surface.  Multiple dependent BT drivers also get removed.

Some or both arches of linux-aws/{B,F,G,H} need CONFIG_BT to be
disabled; previous linux-aws series already had it disabled.
