[I] kernel.ubuntu.com git mirror stale

Hi,

just wanted to notice you that one of the impish kernel git mirror[0]
seems to be stale.

While the launchpad hosted one[1] works out in general, it seems to be a
bit slow(er) on my end than[0] is, and it may mislead some people into
pulling an ancient state if they only find [0].
