[Impact]

Not possible to deploy Charmed OpenStack product using converged
networking configuration with Hardware Offload enabled using on
a Ubuntu Jammy kernel.

The linked bug describes a procedure to reproduce the bug and both
the bug reporter and stakeholders within Canonical can help verify
the fix.

[Where problems could occur]

Regression potential is low because:
- The patch addresses a singe driver.
- The hardware vendor already includes this patch as part of their
  curated set of patches to make use of the hardware offload feature.
