LTP fork updated - 20220713

Hello folks,

I have finished testing the updated LTP fork, tip-testing branch, on
our generic kernels with bare-metal + oracle kernel with sru-20220620.
I think it's good to push it out now.

Update Note:
    * Update for upstream release LTP 20220527 (6f88e0f6)
    This version fixes the following issues (at least):
        - LP: #1968246 pty06 in pty of ubuntu_ltp failed on B-4.15
s390x / B-4.15 KVM
        - LP: #1968247 pty07 in pty of ubuntu_ltp failed on B-4.15
s390x / B-4.15 KVM
    You may see some new failures (and RT hint entries) with this update:
        - LP: #1980318 ubuntu_ltp_controllers memcg_subgroup_charge /
          memcg_max_usage_in_bytes / memcg_usage_in_bytes starts failing with
          LTP20220527 (Invalid argument)

Also, in this revision most of the default timeout has been changed from 5
minutes to 30 seconds. Please let me know if you see any test timeout issue.
