[Impact]
This request for all the ARM images Kernel have config updated. There is performance issues
due to these config setting and after troubleshooting MSFT team found below two settings to update .
Recommended
CONFIG_TRANSPARENT_HUGEPAGE_ALWAYS=n
CONFIG_TRANSPARENT_HUGEPAGE_MADVISE=y
