So this seems to be related to the request I just NACKed and this adds to the
complaint I have. This is about the same issue, why doing this in two threads?
Also this is just showing up as an empty cover without any content to me here in
Thunderbird. And it was separated by a couple of messages from the patch. There
is no way to do a sensible review for this. Please re-submit this as one thread.
