[SRU][f:lrm-hwe-5.15][PATCH v3 0/1] Migrate oem-20.04 to hwe-5.15

Migrate oem-5.14 to hwe-5.15 now that there should be no functional regressions
left anymore.

Notes:
* These changes depend on "UBUNTU: [Packaging] add a new migrate autogenerate
  option" [1] being applied first.
* v1/v2 of these patches were sent by Timo, however the "transitional" command
  doesn't work with default ('--') variants so they had no effect. Also, some
  new transitionals which were missing had to be added to v3.
