[Impact]
the wifi card is not working after booting into the system. the log
shows the driver loading the firmware failed.
since we have the same workaround for AX210 (8086:6020), so apply it to
AX210 (8086:6024) as well.

[Test Plan]
1. compile test.
2. boot into the system and check the wifi is workabe or not.

[Regression potential]
low. the modification only affects this specific wifi model.
