[SRU][L][PATCH 0/1] arm64+ast2600: No Output from BMC's VGA port

Thanks Stefan, I've adjusted the bug report and nominated Lunar.  This
patch was introduced in 6.4, so it is not in Mantic, as of yet.  Do you
want me to nack this and send a v2 with Mantic included?
