SRU Justification
[Impact]
A regression in the Ubuntu 5.15 kernel has been causing problems for multiple customers on Azure.
This bug has been fixed in the mainline kernel:
https://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/torvalds/linux.git/commit/?id=69cba9d3c1284e0838ae408830a02c4a063104bc
j/linux requires a backported patch while j/linux-azure can apply a clean cherry-pick due to it's more recent CIFS backport.
l/linux can apply a clean cherry-pick while l/linux-azure will pick up this patch during the next rebase.
[Test Plan]
