[N/U][PATCH 0/6] Config updates for riscv64

Hi,

Here are some config updates for riscv64 that I'm hoping to have applied
before the Noble release. The first 3 changes are from a previous series
I sent when Mantic was in development, but must have been dropped or
never applied to unstable. Patch 2 and 3 are required for the Allwinner
D1 SoCs to boot.

The last 3 patches disables support for SoCs and features we cannot
support in Ubuntu anyway.
