stress-ng fork updated to V0.18.02+

Hello folks,

I have our stress-ng fork updated to be42d072c0 (V0.18.02) + commits
till the cgroup test fix. The head is now 10d48d3308 ("stess-cgroup: add
mount EBUSY retry. Also add mount/umount retry debug")

This version has been tested with s2024.07.08 and 2024.08.05 cycle on
bare-metal cloud, and some kernels on AWS / Google clouds.

Also note that there is a sigbus failure reported on F-xilinx kernel,
I will follow up on that.
