stress-ng fork updated to V0.18.07+

Hello folks,

I have our stress-ng fork updated to V0.18.07+, the head is now a48ceecfa9
("stress-sigurg: ignore SIGPIPE failures"). We should not have flaky sigurg
failure from this point.

This version has been tested on Openstack with all available kernels in
s2024.10.28 cycle.
