stress-ng fork updated to V0.18.11

Hello folks,

I have our stress-ng fork updated to V0.18.11, the head is now 44162bc4e0
("debian: update changelog").

This version has been tested on Openstack cloud with all available kernels
in s2025.02.10 cycle.
