SRU Justification

[Impact]

* Microsoft requested additional MANA patches for 5.15 to bring important fixes from 6.8 and newer.
* This included 3e64bb2ae7d9: "net: mana: cleanup mana struct after debugfs_remove()", but was not included in the Noble 6.8 and Oracular 6.11 kernels. Plucky 6.14 already has the fix from upstream

[Fix]

* 1 clean cherry-pick from upstream

* Compile tested

[Regression potential]

* Low likelihood of regression. Change only affects MANA.
