stress-ng fork updated to V0.18.12+

Hello folks,

I have our stress-ng fork updated to V0.18.12+, to a fix for the lockbus
stressor on s390x. The head is now ae139a673b ("stress-lockbus: SIGILL on
s390 should disable misaligned locks").

This version has been tested on Openstack cloud with all available kernels
in s2025.03.17 cycle.
