I don't have any plans of reintroducing it. dwarfdump itself turned out to
be problematic in that is fails when cross-compiling ricv64 and needs fixing
for older series (at least arm64 xenial, don't know about the others).

Good point. But we could leave the patches as they are and follow-up with a
cranky fix to junk it from the derivatives.
